A step-by-step guide showing how to initiate a council vote for a bounty proposal

What does it mean to initiate a bounty for voting? 
The bounty proposal is accepted and becomes a council motion that can be voted on by council members.

Porta Explorer

Navigate to Governance > Bounties 
​
Click: Initiate voting
​
Click: Approve
​
The bounty will now enter a voting stage
​
It will also appear on the Council page as a council motion. 
Navigate to Governance > Council > Motions 
​
You will see the bounty listed as a council motion.
