What is a council member?

The council represent the passive stakeholders of the system and they have powers to:
  • approve treasury proposals
  • release referenda

Access the Porta-UI
Porta Explorer

Navigate to the Council page
  • Governance > Council
Click: Submit candidacy
​
The candidate will then appear in the list
​
At the end of the term, you may become a member of the council.
